I hope you all had a relaxing Easter weekend in the sunshine followed by a glass of something nice in your spas!

I have been blown away by the support, understanding and kind messages from our customers over the last few difficult weeks, and on behalf of myself, Laura and the rest of the team at MySpa, we thank you.

Sharing your photos of hot tub time on our posts has been fantastic and all of the likes and shares do help us build our profile and right now it is more important than ever to ensure we come out of this period stronger than before. Let’s continue to spread the word, hot tubs are an amazing way to spend your time!

Please let us know how we can help you get the most from your tub during this period of isolation, we are continuing to send out chemicals free of charge for orders over £50 and have been doing an order collect service where you can order what you need by either phone, Facebook messenger or email, pay through the PayPal link on your invoice and then we will arrange to leave your order in a safe place for you to collect so it’s all contactless.

In the next week or so we will be launching a brand new e-commerce website www.myspadirect.co.uk which will allow you to order chemicals, filters, parts and accessories online for dispatch direct to your home. This will also feature the ability to purchase our new range of spas online as well so we are very excited and working hard to get it live as quickly as possible!!

If you have any technical issues our engineers Dave and Sam are currently still working, again working within the governments guidelines, and with a new process for safe contactless response. John and Jenni are also still working but from home and Sarah and I are taking it in turns to be in the shop (which is closed) just to parcel up orders for people. The phones are on so if you need anything please let us know.

Progress is of course much slower than usual but for those of you who have visits for repairs, servicing and/or maintenance please bear with us, we will get to you as soon as we possibly can.

In closing, I thank you all again for your support, loyalty and encouragement, it’s amazing. Please help if you can continue to raise our profile by sharing our posts and indeed our page with your Facebook friends and any google reviews or TrustPilot reviews would be really helpful.
