We have the UK’s largest wet test facility, with more hot tub and swim spa models available to try than anywhere else. We have now re-opened for wet testing in a limited capacity. We’d ask that you bring your own towels and robes at this time and we need a minimum 48 hours notice for some of our range. We know that the idea of trying out a spa in front of a relative stranger can be quite daunting, but we’re convinced it’s the best way to find your perfect spa. We want to make sure that you’re as comfortable and relaxed as possible, so we give you the option to choose which member of the friendly sales team you’d like to guide you through our range on the day of your test.

You’ll need to bring your own swimwear, towels and something comfortable to walk around in, like flip-flops. If you’re looking to try out a swim spa, we’d recommend some goggles, too!
