A Swim Spa can help you change the way you move. The natural properties of the water can improve your overall endurance, strength and flexibility. It allows you to move more freely and enable you to get more from your workout when you can exercise in an obstacle-free swim zone. The convenience of it being at your home makes it easier to fit into your daily routine and gives you access to workout whenever you choose.
Water resistance can vary depending on the speed of the movement but it can be between 4 and 42 times greater than air, so it’s pretty much like a weight machine that you don’t have to change the settings on! The buoyancy of the water also reduces stress on the joints and improves range of motion.
