Visit our showroom and book a wet test
Once you’ve picked out the products you like, we’ll invite you for a wet test, where you can try out the hot tub or swim spa for yourself. Wet tests are a chance to try before you buy, giving you the peace of mind that the spa you’ve chosen is right for you.
Place your Order & arrange finance
Once you’ve found the perfect spa, we’ll help you place your order and arrange finance. All our spas are available with several different finance options to choose from, depending on your preferences and suitability. The process is quick and easy, and we’ll help you at every step.
We Deliver & Install Your Spa
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll arrange a site visit to survey the proposed spa location and check for any potential issues with installation. Our expert team of installers will handle every aspect of the installation process, you can relax and let us do all the hard work!
Spa Handover & Training Provided
After installation, we’ll walk you through how your spa works, to help you get the most out of it. We’ll give you some basic maintenance and chemical training, along with a full set of chemicals as standard, and will answer any questions you might have, before leaving you to make the most of your new spa!
